If you would like to have a parking permit, please send an email with your name, your car’s registration number as well as your SDU email to email@example.com. Then you must fill in the form below for either employees or students. Technical Services will set you up manually in the other database after you have sent the email. This ensures that your parking permit is valid in both systems.
If you need to change car and therefore have a new registration number, please also contact Technical Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Parking on a day-to-day basis
In connection with parking on a day-to-day basis, where you do not have a
fixed parking permit, you will create a day permit by entering your car’s
registration number and your mobile number on the tablets located at the
entrances on campus. You will then receive an SMS text message with your
parking permit. Make sure to enter your information on the correct tablet.
If you are parked in the car park at SDU Kolding, you will find APCOA’s tablet on the wall at entrance C.
If you are parked at the Port of Kolding, i.e. Trindholmsgade or Nordkajen, you will find Q-park’s tablets on stands at entrances A and B.
In connection with the granting of a day parking permit, remember that it is your own responsibility that your car’s registration number is entered correctly.
Always enter your mobile number. Then you will get a receipt for your registration.
