Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) is a program where entrepreneurs collaborate with researchers and business developers at SDU to mature research projects with commercialization potential.
As an EiR, you contribute with strategic input, assessment of market relevance, and feedback on business models – and you get the opportunity to explore your role in an early-stage innovation environment.
As an EiR, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute with strategic input and commercial assessment
- Explore potential roles in early-stage innovation projects
- Engage in dialogue with researchers and SDU’s business developers
- Help shape future spin-outs
- Possibly become a co-founder, if the right match is found
The program is flexible and based on mutual expectations. The level of engagement is tailored to each case and can range from informal conversations to more structured processes. Limited compensation may be available for relevant involvement.
