At SDU, we strive for openness and equality in salary matters. The EU Pay Transparency Directive focuses on ensuring greater transparency regarding salary levels and strengthening equal pay between men and women.
This means, among other things, that greater insight is provided into salary conditions, and active efforts are made to prevent and reduce unexplained pay disparities.
As an applicant, you have the right to information about the starting salary and salary range for the position.
This information can be obtained during the recruitment process.
