Background: Master’s degree in Pedagogy from the University of Copenhagen.
I work with research-based teaching and research integration, curriculum development, and developing competence profiles at programme level. I also have extensive experience in supporting new teachers —particularly student instructors and PhD students— in developing teaching competencies.
When collaborating with teachers or colleague groups, my focus is on creating solutions that are both academically meaningful and realistic within the actual framework of the programmes. I approach teaching and programme development as a dialogue-based process, where we explore together what works, what challenges exist, and which changes make sense to prioritise.
My support takes many forms—from individual consultations on specific issues to longer-term involvement in development processes at subject or programme level. Regardless of the format, I emphasise building on existing practices and ensuring that the initiatives we work towards are sustainable in relation to organisational conditions and available resources.
I usually start a collaboration with a clarifying conversation to establish a shared understanding of the task, context, and level of ambition. From there, I can contribute in various ways, including consultations, inspirational presentations, feedback on written materials, facilitation of workshops and courses, and teaching observations followed by dialogue.
