25th Anniversary for CLF: sign up here
On 18 September 2026, CLF will celebrate its 25th anniversary. We look forward to an inspiring programme featuring contributions from research, art, and politics, all woven together around the theme of rural areas, followed by a reception.
What will the rural communities of the future look like, and which stories, experiences, and perspectives help shape them?
As part of the 25th anniversary of the Danish Centre for Rural Research, we invite you to join us on 18 September 2026 for a shared exploration of the role of rural areas in sustainable societal development. Under the theme "Sustainable Futures in Rural Areas", we bring together a range of voices and viewpoints on life and development in rural communities.
The event creates a space where research meets practice, while artistic and cultural perspectives contribute new insights and nuances.
We will move between the local and the broader picture, between everyday life and major societal transformations, exploring rural areas as places, lived experiences, and spaces of opportunity.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
You can register right here.

The programme begins at 13.00.
