New Contribution to our Special Collections

The University Library of Southern Denmark has extensive Special Collections. As part of the library’s work, these are made available to researchers, students, and the public through dissemination and digitization.

The library also continuously acquires new rare books. With support from Augustinus Fonden and the Louis-Hansen Fonden, we have acquired, among other things, the works Cosmographia and Jean de La Fontaine’s Fables choisies.

The five volumes originate from the Swedish private collection of art historian Marita Lindgren-Fridell.
