Lykke Brogaard Bertel is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sustainability and Planning at Aalborg University. Her research focuses on how future STEM education can be advanced through problem‑based learning, systems thinking, and emerging technologies. She is a project participant in NAFA and the project leader of LabSTEM Nord.
Jonas Hallström is a Professor at Linköping University. His research examines how technology education develops historically, culturally, and didactically. He leads the TESER research environment and serves as Chair of the Swedish National Graduate School in Science and Technology Education Research (FontD). He is currently involved in projects on AI literacy in technology education and on systems thinking in engineering programmes
Rea Lavi is an External Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he works on integrating emerging technologies such as generative AI and VR into engineering education. He also develops methods and tools for problem‑based learning, including the SID methodology and the Sid AI platform, which help instructors and students strengthen problem‑solving, systems thinking, and creativity.
Mette Elsnab Olesen is a mathematics specialist at Matematikcenter, where she works on developing and quality‑assuring educational materials for Webmatematik.dk and Matematikcenter’s other initiatives. Mette has an academic background in STEM education and has conducted research on embodiment and learning in science education.
