Our research focuses on fundamental investigations of light–matter interactions at the nanoscale and on theoretical modeling of the optoelectronic properties of nanosystems. Our interests span a broad range of topics, including nanophotonics with atomically thin materials, quantum nanoplasmonics, polariton-enhanced phenomena, and electron–light–matter interactions. Beyond these fundamental studies, we aim to harness this knowledge to control light–matter interactions at the few-nanometer scale, paving the way for improved or entirely new optoelectronic devices.
