16th International Conference on Metamaterials, Photonic Crystals and Plasmonics
POLIMA researchers went to Dublin in July
Eight POLIMA researchers spent 14-17 July in Dublin, Ireland, and participated in META 2026.
Huatian Hu, Joel D Cox and P. André D. Gonçalves organized and chaired the session 'SP20: Nonlocal and nonlinear nanophotonics' together with Gonzalo Álvarez-Pérez.
And POLIMA researchers gave the following invited presentations:
- P. André D. Gonçalves gave an invited talk: 'Quantum Plasmonics in Metals and Emerging Applications of Graphene Plasmons'
- Christos Mystilidis: 'On An Integral-Equation Method in Quantum Hydrodynamics: Efficiency and Convergence Issues'
- Ida Juliane Bundgaard: 'Structural colours using transition metal dichalcogenide nanostructures'
- Line Jelver: 'Tunability of nonlinear plasmonic phenomena in nanostructured 2D materials'
- Jacob Terndrup Heiden: 'Prospects to bypass metal nonlocal phenomena using phonon polaritons'
