Mentorship og ledelse
I DIAS Blue Sky Mentoring tager nogle af SDU's mest garvede forskere den næste generation af forskningsledere under deres vinge.
Talentprogrammet henvender sig til yngre forskere på SDU med ekstraordinært talent og potentiale. Det retter fokus mod drømme, visioner og den menneskelige evne til at forfølge store mål, mens teknikker og praktiske færdigheder træder i baggrunden. DIAS' mentoring vil derfor i praksis fungere som et oplagt supplement til SDU’s øvrige talentudviklingsprogrammer rettet mod fremtidens topforskere.
DIAS Blue Sky Mentoring vil omfatte en kombination af peer-to-peer mentoring, fælles karrierefokuserede workshops samt interaktion med universitetets øverste ledelse.
