New publication in The Lancet cowritten by Anita Wohlmann
Narrative medicine, narrative practice, and the creation of meaning
Associate professor Anita Wohlmann has co-written an essay with medical educator John Launer (Health Education England) which reflects on narrative medicine today and the possibilities for 'cross-fertilization between narrative medicine as taught in the academy and narrative practice as applied in the clinical field'. The essay appears in the highly prestigious medical journal The Lancet and can be read here.
