Minoas Chairetis is a PhD candidate in SDU-POLIMA under the supervision of prof. Christos Tserkezis and Dr. Sergii Morozov. He has obtained his BSc and MSc in material science from the University of Crete with close collaboration with ITE-FORTH, focusing on condensed matter physics, quantum optics and photonics. His Ph.D. research is targeting Mie-Exciton systems with TMDs and NPs, using Cathodoluminescence Spectroscopy to explore the behavior of such systems.
