New rules and regulations
The Graduate School at the Faculty of Health Sciences will be making several changes to our rules and regulations.
-
Teaching obligations
From 1. November 2023 all PhD students must obtain a minimum of 300 teaching hours at the university throughout their enrolment regardless of their place of employment.
Students who are already enrolled may deduct 50 hours pr 6 months they have been enrolled from the total 300 hours.
Teaching hours must be registered through the new PhD portal.

Travel subsidies
Due to severe budget cuts the Graduate School is forced to reduce the subsidies we offer for travels.
From now on we offer subsidy for one external PhD course (non Open Market): Up to DKK 10.000 (once!) – can cover course fees, travel and/or accommodation.
Research stays abroad: Travel expenses + up to DKK 3.500 to cover accommodation for no more than 2 weeks. Maximum of DKK 20.000. Longer stays are allowed but must be financed by other sources.
