Formed in Canada, Denmark, Sweden, and Belgium, I hold a Ph.D. summa cum laude in Cognitive Computing and a Masters in Philosophy, both from the University of Quebec in Montreal, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Montreal.
