Please fill in this form and return it to phd@health.sdu.dk
Within a few days you will receive an e-mail from SDU with your log-in information to zExpense
Please log-in to the system, fill in the relevant information, and upload all relevant receipts.
Make sure to choose Tina Ludvig-Nymark to approve your travels.
