Six DIAS Chairs amongst Highly Cited Researchers
Clarivate has published their annual list of Highly Cited Researchers with no less than six DIAS Affiliates featured.
This list ranks the top 1% of researchers of science and social science who had their work cited in published papers within the last decade.As such, researchers ranked on this list are truly one in a thousand.
The 2021 count consists of roughly 6600 researchers. Amongst these are:
Chair of Biology Donald E. Canfield. His most influential paper has been cited a total of 1157 times. He was first ranked on the list in 2015 in the field of Geosciences and again in 2018 and 2019.
External Chair of Business and Social Sciences Nicolai J. Foss. He has been ranked on the list every year since 2019 in the field of Economics and Business.
Chair of Engineering Kannan Govindan. His most influential paper has been cited a total of 876 times. He has been ranked on the list every year since 2018 in the field of Engineering.
External Chair of Science Carsten Rahbek. His most influential paper has been cited a total of 849 times. He has been ranked in the Cross-Field category.
Chair of Technical Sciences Sergey I. Bozhevolnyi. His most influential paper has been cited a total of 2726 times in the field of Physics. He has been ranked on the list every year since 2017.
External Chair of Geogenetics Eske Willerslev. His most influential paper has been cited a total of 1021 times. As is the case this year, has was ranked on the list first in 2018 in the field of Cross-Field and again in 2020 in the field of Environment and Ecology.
