Interdisciplinary Centre on Population Dynamics, Demography Unit (CPop DEM) carries out basic and applied research in population ageing, survival, longevity and lifespan inequality. It is renowned for development of new methods in mortality forecasting, biodemography and mathematical demography. It has strong research links to other CPop units in all four faculties. It fulfills the role of coordination across the units and research and outreach support of CPop.

CPop DEM is a part of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences.
