Research Assistant Ida Voss, MSc Public Health Science

I graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Health Science in 2020. As a public health scientist, I want to help make a difference in terms of improving the overall public health. My interest therefore covers a wide field in disease prevention and health promotion but with a special focus on children and adolescents.

Previously as a student assistant, I contributed to the work on the PUF programme, which is why I see the Infant Health project as a unique opportunity to continue the important work on children’s mental health and well-being.

I concentrate primarily on everything related to data management, including the collection, storage and analysis of quantitative data. In Infant Health, I help plan and conduct questionnaire surveys in order to map the development of infants from the age of about 10 to 24 months and find the best way for the health nurse to help these children and their parents, including investigating the effect of the VIPP-PUF initiative.
