Dr. Zhanyun Wang joined the Centre for Life Cycle Engineering and the Danish Institute for Advanced Study (DIAS) at the University of Southern Denmark in March 2026. An environmental chemist by training, his research investigates the life cycles and risks of anthropogenic chemicals and materials, with a focus on developing practical frameworks for sound management towards a sustainable circular economy.
Dr. Wang is a dedicated proponent of interdisciplinary collaboration, actively bridging the divide between the chemical sciences, sustainability engineering, and global policy to address complex environmental challenges.
