From the world of diplomacy and international relations, today Lamprini is the person at DIAS who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, bringing order to complexity and turning administrative chaos into clarity. Lamprini holds a Master’s degree in International Security and Law from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor’s degree in International and European Studies from the University of Macedonia, Greece.
Her curiosity for global systems and organizational dynamics has shaped her career. Over the years, she has worked with Save the Children International, the European Agency for Special Needs and Inclusive Education, the University of Southern Denmark, and the United Nations, always with the same focus: bridging the gap between policy and practice.
At DIAS, she keeps the administration on track, manages finances, coordinates recruitments, and provides strategic support to the management team. In short, she is here to make sure the big ideas have the structure they need to thrive.
