Booking DIAS facilities

Please use the 'Resource Finder' function in Microsoft Outlook, and book them like any other room at SDU.

  • The seminar room can be found  under the name "O-DIAS Seminarrum" and has the room number V24-411-0
  • The auditorium can be found under the name "OD SAM DIAS Auditorie" and has the room number V24-501a-0

Both rooms are generally booked by DIAS on Wednesdays, but if you are planning an event on a Wednesday, please contact us at meetingsdias@sdu.dk, and we might be able to find a solution.

In case of problems

If you experience problems with the interior of the auditorium or the seminar rooms, please contact SDU's Technical Service on their emergency phone: +45 6550 8888

DIAS can be easily accessed by car from Fioniavej.

Getting to DIAS by foot from the main entrance is also quite simple.
Walk from Gydehutten N until you reach Krogene, then turn right:

If you are traveling to DIAS by tram, alight at either Campus Odense (the stop by the main entrance) or SDU (the stop closest to DIAS).
