Since 2024, DIAS has  been a content partner at Word Festival, a yearly celebration of words, ideas, and creativity taking place in Odense.

During the festival, DIAS curates its own stage at the historic Odense Adelige Jomfrukloster, presenting cutting-edge research - with a playful and curious twist that invites audiences to experience academia in new and engaging ways.

In the lead-up to the festival, DIAS and Word Festival host four special events each year, two in the spring and two in the fall. These events are free to attend and open to the public, and they are announced in DIAS’ official event calendar.
