This theme focuses on the interaction between citizens, organisations, and emerging digital technologies. We investigate how public attitudes and trust in technology influence behaviour, and how organizations are adapting to digital innovation. From shifts in competition to evolving communication flows and business models, our research seeks to understand the broader impact of technological innovations on individual behaviour, institutional change and legal frameworks. This knowledge can help guide ethical and responsible development of digital technologies to benefit society as a whole.
