Therese Waalen Sandberg is a research assistant at DDC in charge of the CDAI and Understanding Public Opinion project. She has a background in Economics as well as Comparative Literature from Copenhagen University. She did her master’s degree in journalism at Southern University of Denmark. Her current research regards digitalization and its effects on democracy, media and power as well as its relationship with Danish citizens. She is particularly interested in structural (economic) conditions as driving forces for social and cultural trends and behaviour.
