Seminars on School Leadership

The focus area is organized as a series of idea, knowledge, and experience-sharing seminars, where (leadership) researchers from, among others, SDU engage in "constructive confrontation" with (leadership) researchers from the university college sector to explore and illuminate current themes and issues within the field of school leadership. The seminars have so far resulted in a publication on current trends in school leadership, which will be published in August 2024.

Another goal is to develop practice-oriented research and development projects, conferences, research applications, and possibly further and continuing education within the field of school leadership.

Upcoming Activities Currently, research activities related to the primary school's development program are being initiated. On August 21, 2024, a conference on school leadership is planned following the network's publication "Current Trends and Challenges in School Leadership." The program is expected to be published soon. In June, a webinar on school leadership is planned.
