Mark Shucksmith seminar on 12 May
Mark Shucksmith is professor of planning and director of Research and Consultancy at the University of Newcastle and one of the world’s leading rural sociologists.
Mark Shucksmith is one of two opponents on the PhD defence of Annette Aargaard Thuesen on 12 May. On the same day, a seminar will be introduced by Shucksmith with a presentation called: “Sustainable rural communities: are rural policies across Europe promoting sustainable ruralities.” The seminar is 2-4 pm and is open to the public, but registration is necessary at secretary Bente Nielsen, tel: +45 6550 4221 or mail: bn@sam.sdu.dk.
