ANNUAL CELEBRATION

Programme 2025

The Annual Celebration is more than just a party. The day begins with a reception and opening ceremony and continues with a banquet and music across the entire campus. Here you can see what happens when – and plan your own celebration from start to finish.

OPENING CEREMONY

  • Cold smoked salmon - miso cream - cress
  • Tart - tomato - capsicum - mozzarella
  • Prawns - green curry - fresh salad
  • Fish rilette - pumpkin - soya/ginger
  • Chicken - mushrooms - fried bread
  • 2 kinds of cheese - pickled rosehip
  • Apple cake - macaroon - chocolate - whipped cream

Sharefood:

  • Potato salad - red onion - sunflower seeds - pesto
  • Hummus with crispy tortillas
  • Selection of the baker's bread

Vegan menu

Plated service:

  • Marinated carrots - miso cream - cress
  • Tart - tomato - capsicum
  • Chickpea steak - green curry - frisse
  • Baked pumpkin - soya/ginger - seeds
  • Celery - mushrooms - fried bread
  • Grilled vegan cheese - pickled rosehip
  • Apple cake - macaroon - chocolate

Sharefood:

  • Potato salad - red onion - sunflower seeds - pesto
  • Hummus with crispy tortillas
  • Selection of the baker's bread

This menu is for vegans, vegetarians, gluten and lactose intolerant people.

If you would like the vegan menu, it must be ordered by email to aarsfest@sdu.dk no later than 8 October at 12 noon. Please include your name and table number when placing the order.
