• Party and dinner: DKK 230: Gives access to the banquet at 18:30 and the party afterwards. Ticket sales close on 8 November at 12:00 – or earlier if sold out.
• Party only: DKK 80: Gives access to the party from 20:00. We recommend buying tickets in advance. You can buy a maximum of two tickets per student card/employee ID card.

The opening ceremony in auditorium U45 will take place at 17:00–18:30 and the doors will close at exactly 16:55. Admission is free, but seating is limited and registration is required.

Yes, SDU is hosting a reception at ‘Aksen’ at SUND from 16:00 to 16:50.

Yes. If you want to sit together, you need to make a joint booking. The maximum number of tickets per order is 24 (1 orderer + 23 companions).

Please check the table plan before booking if you have any special requests.

We reserve the right to move groups for the best possible table placement.

Light railway

Get off at the ‘SDU University’ stop and use entrances 23 and 35. Please note: The last departure to Odense and Tarup Center is at 01:30.

Taxi

Taxis can be ordered for SDU East – use entrance 59.

Car

If you are travelling along Fioniavej, use entrances 23 or 35. If you are travelling along Campusvej, use entrance 59.

Free round-trip transport from the campus cities

For students and staff in the other campus cities, there is free bus transport from Esbjerg, Sønderborg, Kolding, Slagelse and Copenhagen and back. Arrival in Odense at 16:30.

Please sign up with your local campus coordinator.

Remember that you must organise your own party ticket and registration for the opening ceremony.

The last light rail to Odense city centre departs at approximately 01:30.

Taxis can be ordered to car park P1, Moseskovvej 53.

The Annual University Celebration is held at the University of Southern Denmark, Campusvej 55, 5230 Odense M.

Note: There is typically a slightly longer queue at entrance 23. In this case please use entrance 35 instead.

There are free cloakrooms. The cloakrooms are located at entrances 23, 35 and 59. Please note: You can only check one item of clothing at the cloakroom. No bags and the like.

During the evening, there is a risk that the cloakroom at entrance 23 may fill up. In this case please use entrance 35 instead.

Upon arrival, show your ticket (turn up the brightness on your phone – it helps).

You will be given a wristband to wear throughout the party. Missing wristbands can lead to removal from the premises.

Yes, there is a staff lounge at the Campus Square.

Yes. Staff with a ticket for the Annual University Celebration are allowed to gather on their own premises from 12:00 to 18:00.

Send an email no later than Friday 17 October to brandogberedskab@sdu.dk with the number of participants and the room.

Between 15:00 and 18:00, everyone must have their ticket scanned, receive a wristband and check their coat at the cloakroom. We recommend you do this as early as 15:00 to avoid possible queues.

No – after 18:00, everyone must be in the common party areas. It is not possible to collect items from offices later in the evening.
