From 1 January 2024, SDU employees can order printing and graphic design free of charge. The new procedure has been introduced to reduce administration at the University. Students will continue to pay for printing and graphic design. PhD students are considered employees, but the free service will not apply to layout of PhD theses, only layout of cover and printing, as is currently the case.

Graphic design must be ordered via this form. Printing is now to be ordered as described here. Region Syd and external partners order and pay here. The scheme applies to orders placed from 1 January 2024.
