Kick-off meeting

Project partners shared presentations about their commitments in the project. Discussion about the Consortium Agreement, the project decision-making mechanisms and project management as well as administration took place.

Clinical partners talked about a pre-clinical and a clinical trial, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies. The protocol for the clinical study initiation package will be developed by clinical partners. 

Consortium members discussed project visibility and communication during a workshop, where the consortium agreed about regular meetings: Annual meetings of the consortium, work package leader meetings as well as other meetings.
