OAE increases ocean CO2 removal using alkaline minerals. Our research identified a best practice for OAE, but we lack the technical solution to implement this technique in the environment. Thus, we aim to develop an automatized, sensor-informed, machine learning-based system for mineral additions, mountable to platforms, to maximize CO2 removal.
