The offshore wind power sector is growing rapidly in Europe. This creates a lot of challenges that need to be addressed for a sustainable growth of the industry. Therefore, it is vital to explore the offshore wind industry´s workers´ risk perception and how their attitude and behaviour influences risk management strategies. We noticed that this type of study is yet missing in offshore wind industry. However, such study is important for the future development of offshore wind industry. So, this project aims to assist the top manager to uncover the gap of understanding between workers and management on risks in relation to safety issue. This is an internally funded project by SEBE and Dept of Build, AAU.
