Jeanette Lemmergaard


Jeanette Lemmergaard (b. 1965) is, besides being Head of Department, associate professor of Human Resource Management and Internal Communication and Head of the Strategic Communication and Management group. She has a background in International Negotiation – economics, language and culture (Cand.Negot.).

Her research interests lie in the fields of strategic human resource management, leadership and organizational studies. Her current research projects are focusing on gossip, trust and sustainability. She has published in journals such as Scandinavian Journal of Management, Organization, Philosophy of Management, Employee Relations, Service Industries Journal and Journal of Business Ethics. In 2013 she published in collaboration with S.L. Muhr the book “Critical Perspectives on Leadership: Emotion, Toxicity, and Dysfunction” at Edward Elgar Publishing.

Dominique Bouchet


Dominique Bouchet was born in Paris where he was educated in business economics, international economics, sociology, town planning and Latin American Studies.

His main research interests cover social change and cultural differences, cross cultural communication, cross cultural management and social marketing. He also studies the cultural dimension as well as the epistemological and ideological foundation of the marketing and management disciplines. Among his research themes are brand, consumption, criminality, design, education, elderlies, food, integration, local development, media, prevention of crime, socialisation, tourism, town, transportation, urbanism, welfare technology, youth.

He teaches courses in cross-cultural marketing, cross-cultural communication, non-profit marketing, social marketing, semiotics, qualitative methods, management of change, sociology and social psychology, cultural analysis in relation to marketing and management, marketing and social change, advertising, strategic communication and applied semiotics.
Frequently featured in the media, columnist, polyglot, he is also a keynote speaker and consultant to many European firms for top level management/marketing decisions, and an invited speaker by many companies and organizations worldwide.
In 2007 Dr. Bouchet was awarded the “researcher’s prize” for “Transcending Research” by the Danish Union of Professors and Researchers.

Mette Lund Kristensen


Mette Lund Kristensen (b. 1972) is Master of International Negotiation – economics, language and culture (Cand.Negot.) and holds a PhD degree in strategic communication and leadership.

Her research interests are social micro- and macro processes in organizational relationships, including the identificatory, disciplinary, socializing and organizing properties of these relationships. In particular, her research focuses on the simultaneous antagonistic and complementary forces of social interrelations from an organizational communication and critical management perspective.

She teaches courses which include studies of organizational culture, organization and leadership theory, corporate communication, strategic communication, integrated marked communication and change communication.

Oana Albu


Oana B. Albu was born in Bucharest (b.1984). She holds a BSc in Economics (major in Management) from the Romanian-American University and an MSc in Business Administration (cand.merc.) from University of Southern Denmark. Oana has a Ph.D. in Organisation and Management Studies from Copenhagen Business School. Oana’s dissertation research is titled “Organizational Transparency : A Performative Approach ” and was based on an ethnography of an international lobbying organization.

Oana’s research areas surround organization and communication studies. Specifically, Oana is interested in the communicative constitution of organization stream of research. Methodologically, Oana employs anthropological methods in studying international and alternative forms of organizing.

Oana teaches courses at both Bachelor and Master level programmes which include topics such as: Global Strategic Management; Integrated Market Communication and Principles of Management.

Renata Mellupe


Renata Mellupe was born (b.1982) and raised in Riga. She holds a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences in Psychology from the University of Latvia supplemented by Business Administration studies at the master level at Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration. Additionally, she has obtained a degree of Master of Arts in business, language and culture with specialization in human resource management (cand.negot.) at the University of Southern Denmark.

The combination of her educational background and work experience in private sector has resulted in strong interest in such areas as human resource management, work engagement, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation at the workplace as well as leadership processes.
