New targets for immunotherapy

We aim to identify new treatment targets on the surface of the cancer cells in a group of otherwise incurable lymphomas.

By characterization of the transcriptome and expressed proteins in samples from patients in our clinic, the applicability of these proteins as targets in immune therapy can be investigated.

These novel targets can be used for the development of immune therapeutic CAR T cells, which recently have shown promising results in aggressive cancers.
