Project overview
Develop vascularised 3D liver models that better reproduce tissue organisation during fibrosis. You will combine hepatocytes, endothelial cells and other non-parenchymal cells to study extracellular matrix formation and fibrotic progression.

Establish a vascularised liver fibrosis model and determine how endothelial cells influence collagen deposition and fibrotic markers.
