Methods and Technology

We combine quantitative proteomics, biologically relevant cell models, imaging and computational analysis to study how tissues respond and adapt to prolonged stress.

Proteomics and bioinformatics

Our workflows include automated sample preparation, high-resolution DIA LC-MS/MS, post-translational modification analysis, pathway analysis and network biology.

3D models and imaging

We use organoids, spheroids, co-cultures and iPSC systems together with confocal imaging, immunostaining and quantitative image analysis.

Student training

Depending on the project, students can gain experience in cell culture, proteomics, microscopy, molecular biology, bioinformatics or integrated data interpretation.
