Our research aims to investigate factors that promote or hinder the education, professional development, and well-being of healthcare professionals.
Our focus is on how working conditions and change processes affect healthcare professionals’ motivation and well-being.
In addition, examining how undergraduate and postgraduate medical education can be strengthened through, among other things, a more patient-centred approach, barriers to learning, learning processes in clinical communities of practice, developing the competencies of staff in general practice, evaluating educational concepts, and integrating clinical education and research.
