Kønskonferencen 2026: Cultures, Bodies and Technologies

In times where we see growing fascist and anti-gender movements, feminist worlding practices become increasingly urgent. We must strive to create spaces and develop terminology for important societal debates, collective survival strategies, and new imaginaries for the future that are liveable for all genders and minorities. We must insist that gender and minority research can help us construct liveable futures. This conference seeks not only to critique existing inequalities but also to develop transformative theoretical and methodological tools for imagining just and liveable futures. We aim to position feminist and gender research at the forefront of debates on democracy, rights, and collective survival.
