South Danish Center for Interstitial Lung Diseases (SCILS)

Additionally, SCILS manages selection to and follow-up of patients regarding lung transplantation

In collaboration with national and international research institutions SCILS conduct clinical and register-based research within the two disease categories, where the dominant focus is exploring methods to optimize diagnostics, follow-up, and individual-based targeted treatment aiming to improve overall health quality for these diseases that all have a very poor prognosis in common.
