Tickets, pricing and registration
Participation in the conference is free of charge, however the Conference Dinner is a ticketed event and there are a limited number of places.
Conference dinner price: 300 DKK (incl. VAT)
The Conference Dinner will be held on 16th September 2024, in Alsik Restaurant and offers conference participants an excellent chance to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed setting while getting to know each other and making new connections.
Registration deadline: 9 September 2024.
Poster and self-standing roll-up display
Conference participants are allowed to advertise their organization, project, product etc. by displaying roll-up banner or poster within the venue.

Attending the 100% Climate Neutrality conference means that you will not only satisfy your taste buds, but also contribute to the health of the planet and your own well-being.
To ensure that the conference is environmentally friendly, the organizers are implementing sustainable catering practices:
- only vegan food options will be available throughout the conference
- only vegan and vegetarian options with certified organic and regional foods will be served during the conference dinner at Alsik Restaurant
- preventing food waste will be a crucial focus in reducing the environmental impact of catering.
