In order to make your stay as convenient as possible, you can obtain a Conference Bus Ticket (for three or four days). This ticket gives you unlimited access to all buses in the period indicated. Your unlimited bus access is not restricted to the buses between the city centre and the conference site at the university. If you like, you can go wherever you like within the city border (but why would you?) You order your bus ticket when you register for the conference, and you pay it together with the conference fee and your expenses for additional services. If you stay at one of our recommended hotels, your Conference Bus Ticket can be obtained at the hotel – you just have to indicate at the conference registration form that you would like your conference check-in to take place at the hotel. Otherwise, you need to go to the university by bus to get your bus ticket...
Conference Bus Ticket Prices
Conference Bus Ticket: 3 days, Wednesday to Friday: € 15.00
Conference Bus Ticket: 4 days, Tuesday to Friday: € 20.00
If you prefer to buy single tickets (obtainable at the bus), the price is DKR 19, app. € 2.50.
