This project (Pig-Green) aims to identify effective solutions to reduce carbon emissions along the pork supply chain in Denmark, from pig production, pork processing, trade, distribution and retailing, and to consumption. The outcomes will support data-driven decision-making and foster the green transformation of the Danish pork industry.
