Objectives
- Develop valid measures of hospital crowding in a Danish context.
- Assess the impact on mortality and patient experiences.
Actions
- Analyse data from the Region of Southern Denmark and register data, including the Danish National Patient Register, the Cause of Death Register, and others.
- Publish at least three articles.
- Present results at national and international conferences.
Objectives
- Compare medication errors identified in patient complaints and incident reports.
- Develop recommendations for improving medication processes.
Actions
- Conduct mixed-methods analyses using OUH data.
- Disseminate results in national forums and to management teams.

- Develop AI-based tools for systematic analysis of complaints and LUP comments.
- Investigate underreporting and thresholds for submitting complaints.
- Publish peer-reviewed research in the field.
- Expand the research group.
Actions
- Train and validate algorithms using data from OUH and Region Zealand.
- Present results to departments and executive management teams.
