The group conducts methodologically rigorous epidemiological research based on in-depth knowledge of the national health registers.
The research is based on in-depth knowledge of the validity, applicability, strengths, and limitations of the individual registers, and we use advanced epidemiological designs and methods to examine complex issues.
The research is organised into two main areas: osteoporosis and fracture epidemiology, and perinatal and neuroepidemiology.
