Due to the complexity and vast diversity of metabolites, we constantly develop methods and protocols in order to detect as many metabolites as possible, either by LC/MS based methods or by MS imaging.
We provide advice and guide users and collaborators in choosing specific methodologies that enable them to address their scientific questions, and to assist them in project design, integrative computational analysis, and interpretation of data sets. With our guidance we anticipate to enhance the impact of research projects, ultimately facilitating a fundamental understanding of fundamental scientific problems and development of new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for human disease.
The goal of the M3 storefront is to interact closely with collaborators and design a detailed study plan. We intend to assist collaborators with pilot studies that can form the basis for grant applications and assist in data interpretation in a biological/disease context. Finally, our storefront will engage in educational activities to enable researchers and clinicians to plan, conduct and understand the applicability of metabolomics experiments.
