Computational Metabolism and Development of MetaboLink

A central pillar of our research is the development of computational and bioinformatic tools to extract biological insight from large-scale metabolomics and lipidomics datasets. We build reproducible pipelines for feature filtering, annotation, correlation-based clustering, and integration with clinical and phenotypic data. A key initiative is the development MetaboLink of, a platform designed tohandle large-scale metabolomics and lipidomics datasets andconnect metabolites to pathwaysand phenotypes. By combining quantitative mass spectrometry data with network biology and statistical modeling, we aim to move from metabolite lists to mechanistic hypotheses. These efforts enable us to translate complex multi-omics data into actionable understanding of metabolic regulation in health and disease.
