Establishment and maintenance of gene regulatory regions in a given cell is controlled by a number of protein complexes that bind and regulate chromatin accessibility depending ofe.g. specific metabolic cues or developmental stage.

We use various cistromic and transcriptiomic approaches to uncover mechanisms regulating access to chromatin in the liver.
