Food System Change at FoodLab: Cook it! Taste it! An exciting research event with focus on change of the food system. The event is supported by FoodReformers.
FoodLab is a living food laboratory in the center of Kolding. It is located at Riberdyb 10 together with FoodReformers, Fællesskabet Kolding, artists and designers who resides there. FoodLab is a research- and innovation area which the citizens can visit to experiment with food, participate in workshops, green activities and learn more about Kolding's Food 2030-policy.
