New grant from TrygFonden

Promoting physical activity and enhancing well-being through digital training with self-enactable behaviour change techniques

The DRIVEN members, Nikos Ntoumanis, Tina Dalager and Madalina Jäger, have been successful in their grant application to TrygFonden for a new research project entitled “ Promoting physical activity and enhancing wellbeing through digital training with self-enactable behaviour change techniques”.

The project will start in 2024 and will last for 30 months.

Collaborators on this project are two health psychologists from Finland, Dr. Keegan Knittle and Prof. Nelli Hankonen.
