Researchers from Australia with Prof. Cecilie Thøgersen-Ntoumani on the team have examined the benefits of short-term intense physical activity as part of everyday life.

Prof. Cecilie Thøgersen-Ntoumani has recently given an interview for a Danish TV station on her research on VILPA (Vigorous Intermittent Lifestyle Physical Activity).

In the interview Cecilie explains how a few minutes of intense activity during daily tasks can prolong your life.
